Ph.D., North Carolina State University; M.S., North Carolina State University; B.S., University of California, Davis

Research:
I conduct research leading to the development and employment of economically and environmentally sound management strategies for arthropods attacking alfalfa seed and hop. My major areas of research interest include insect-plant interactions, host-plant resistance, and biologically based control.

Extension:
Provide extension /outreach IPM programs, technical support, and educational materials that increase the working knowledge of county educators, crop advisors, and other agricultural clientele

Advising:
Graduate major professor and graduate committee member
