Areas of Expertise

Conducts research on biological control of nematodes, development of alfalfa varieties resistant to nematodes, nematode disease interaction, and nematode host parasite relationships.

Develops and conducts educational programs for growers, agents, and other clientele. Develops nematode control recommendations based on data from applied research conducted under Idaho growing conditions and current literature and data from region and diagnostic laboratory. Prepares and presents nematode information. Disseminates educational information.
