	ORDER: Homoptera - sap suckers SPECIES: Bird Cherry oat aphid Greenbug corn leaf aphid Rose grass aphid potato aphid Russian wheat aphid English grain aphid pests as nymphs and adults
*identification:*	pinhead size globular soft bodies (tear-drop, pear-shaped) long spindly legs & antennae twin "jet-pipe" cornicles slow moving +/- wings +/- cottony tufts, dirty-white encrustations on bark +/- powdery waxy film
symptoms:	wilting / twisted, malformed leaves & buds / yellowing some make galls transmit plant pathogens sticky honeydew / ants, bees & wasps / sooty mold
biology:	O/W as eggs, nymphs, adults many offspring, short-generation time, asexual reproduction
