Q: Where is
the FTC located?
A: Our address is 1908 E. Chicago
Street, Caldwell ID 83605. Our building is located behind the
Univ. of Idaho Small Business Incubator -

Q: Can I come
tour the facility?
A: Yes, the
public is welcome to tour our facility and check out the equipment
available; however, it is best to call ahead for an appointment (or
email) to make sure we are expecting you.

Q: Does the
Food Technology Center produce my product for me? Do you
supply employees that will work for me?
A:
No. The FTC does not package your product for you. We
teach you how to use the equipment that you need and you bring your
own employees to do the work.
Q: Is there
storage space available?
A:
Yes. The FTC does have storage space available for rent on a
monthly basis. We have walk-in freezer and refrigerator space,
as well as warehouse pallet space.
Q: Can the
FTC help with shipping and receiving of supplies?
A:
Yes. We can receive supply shipments for your company here at
our address. We have a forklift for receiving large pallet
shipments.
Q: Can the
FTC help with buying packaging supplies and ingredients?
A:
We can help out with sources on ingredients and some direct buying
of packaging; however, it is the the responsibility of each company
to decide on their suppliers and acquire the exact supplies needed.
