Acknowledgment of Federal Funding
As required by HHS appropriations acts, all HHS grantees must acknowledge Federal funding when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid invitations, and other documents describing projects or programs funded in whole or in part with Federal money. Grantees are required to state (1) the percentage and dollar amounts of the total program or project costs financed with Federal money and (2) the percentage and dollar amount of the total costs financed by nongovernmental sources.

Press Releases
If your institution plans to issue a press release concerning the outcome of NCRR grant-supported research, it should notify the NCRR Office of Communications at 301-435-0888 in advance to allow for coordination.
 
Citation of COBRE in publications and presentations
For each publication that results from grant support provided by the National Center for Research Resources (NCRR), a component of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), grantees must include an acknowledgment of support and a disclaimer stating the following:
