The University of Idaho's Board of Regents created the College of Agriculture June 14, 1901. Now, as then, agriculture ranks as a key mission of the University of Idaho. Founded in 1889, UI is Idaho's land grant university. The college helps Idahoans improve our family lives, our work, what we eat, how we learn, how we apply new technology, and even, what we wear.

So join us, and celebrate with us, a century of service to Idaho and the nation.
