Automatic Update
Automatic Update helps keep your PC secure automatically—so you don't have to! Relax and let it protect your computer from viruses, worms, and intruders. Why use Microsoft and Windows Update regularly when Automatic Update will download and install High-priority updates for you? It's simple!

1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel or Start > Control Panel for Windows XP users.
2. Double click on Automatic Updates in the Control Panel.
3. Select Automatic (recommended), which will automatically download recommended updates for your computer. You can choose when Automatic Update does this with the drop down boxes.
4. Click OK and you're done!
