Off-Campus

Off-campus support includes technical computer and network support. The office (CCS) provides support to off-campus County Extension Offices and R&E Centers. With support personnel, the goal is to provide on-site support, supplemented with continuously available support by telephone. Off-campus offices should contact Anna for computer support whenever possible. Additional help is available from CCS Moscow (885-7160). The remote location of many County Extension Offices requires that the CCS personnel provide a broader range of services, including hardware problem resolution , upgrades and training. As a result of this deeper involvement in hardware technical support, computer support is limited to Dell computers purchased through CCS. Hardware support for all computers not purchased through CCS are the responsibility of the user.
