CALS Computing
Off-campus
CALS Computing consists of one to two off campus personnel
coordinating with on campus to provide unified technical support
services via email, telephone, remote client and on site.
You can
request support via by sending email to
ccs@uidaho.edu. You request
will be placed in our help desk queue and one of you support
staff will contact you.
We also
offer some self help documents on the CALS Computing Services
