Expertise and Programs: Regional economic impacts and energy impacts of water use alternatives, including irrigation, hydropower, drought, and endangered species implications. Consulting activities related to Indian and interstate water issues. Current teaching related to applied regression analysis. Teaching experience related to agricultural production economics, farm management, rural community development, agricultural prices, and agricultural marketing.
