Interests: Rural Development and Agricultural Development
Expertise
and Programs: Research on the growth and change in Idaho's
economy and tax structure; measuring the impact of changing
natural resource goals on local economies; and testing alternative
processes for negotiating the future. Development of public
finance models for county and city public services and local.
Teaching areas include agricultural marketing, rural community
economic development, and the economics of public choice.
